Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga works almost all parts of the body. Increasing flexibility by encouraging the body to move deeper with the help of the hammock. We also use the hammocks for strength training, using our own body weight to increase strength in the upper body, the core, arm and back muscles. Yoga experience is not required.

Aerial works wonders for posture and back issues allowing decompression of the spine and joints while being supported in inversions.

It is also a lot of fun!

Long sleeves are recommended and please no jewellery for your own safety and the longevity of our hammocks.

Yoga Trapeze

Similar to aerial in some moves and yet very different in other ways. The trapeze comes with 3 sets of handles and works great for core strength, functional upper body strength including grip, balance and can help relieve back pain. Yoga experience is not required.
